Terms of service

Effective from October 2026

These terms govern how businesses use Opulon Black. Customer bookings follow the rules of the business they book with.

Operator and service

Opulon Black is operated by SIED Digital Group s. r. o., Lermontovova 911/3, 811 05 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 55295274, email info@opulon.org. It lets businesses offer services for online booking, keep a calendar, take payments, send reminders and manage their customers.

Who may use the service

The service is for businesses acting in the course of their trade, not for consumers. Access is invite only for now: we create a business account by mutual agreement.

Accounts and access

The owner of a business account invites team members and sets their roles. The business is responsible for what its team members do.

Keep your sign-in details safe and do not share them. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us at once at info@opulon.org.

For support, a member of our staff may sign in to your account. Every such access is logged under their name.

Business and customer data

The data you put into the service is yours. The business is the controller of its customers' personal data and we are its processor. The data processing agreement is part of these terms.

The business is responsible for its services, prices and cancellation rules, and for informing its customers about how their data is processed.

Prices and payment

We agree the subscription price with each business individually. It consists of a monthly fee, a share of customers' online payments and a price for SMS above the monthly allowance. The subscription is billed through Stripe.

Customer payments go through Stripe Connect to the business's own Stripe account, and the agreed share is deducted there. Stripe's terms also apply to these payments.

If a subscription payment still fails after repeated attempts, the service keeps running with a warning. If the balance stays unpaid, we may suspend the account after prior notice.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running at all times, but cannot rule out outages and maintenance. We may improve and change features. We announce material changes in advance.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees the business paid us in the previous twelve months, unless the law says otherwise. We are not liable for lost profit or for outages of third-party services such as payment providers, SMS operators or Google.

Termination

A business may end the contract at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. We may end it with 30 days' notice, or at once for a serious breach of these terms.

After termination we delete or anonymise the business's data, except what the law requires us to keep.

Governing law and changes to these terms

The contract is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, and Slovak courts decide disputes.

We announce changes to these terms by email at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree with a change, you may end the contract before it takes effect.
